WAVE MUSIC - Digital License Agreement
Effective Date: July 02, 2026
By purchasing and downloading any music loops, beats, samples, or Octapad patches from WAVE MUSIC, you (the Buyer) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. License Grant (Aapko kya adhikar milta hai)
WAVE MUSIC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use our music loops, beats, and Roland SPD patches in your personal or commercial musical productions, live stage performances, and streaming platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music).
2. Permitted Uses (Aap kya kar sakte hain)
• You can use these loops/beats to create new songs, remixes, or background tracks for videos.
• You can distribute your songs on digital platforms and keep 100% of your earnings/royalties.
• You can use the Octapad patches for live recordings and commercial shows.
3. Prohibited Uses (Aap kya nahi kar sakte)
• You CANNOT resell, re-license, share, or redistribute our standalone loops, audio files, or patches as individual assets to anyone else.
• You cannot claim individual copyright ownership over the raw files provided by us.
4. Ownership and Copyright
All copyright, intellectual property rights, and master recording ownership of the standalone loops, beats, and patches remain strictly and exclusively with WAVE MUSIC.
