Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Loops, Beats, and Sound Samples)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales for digital products, loops, patches, and sound samples are final. Once the files are downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us immediately, and we will help you resolve it.

2. Physical Products (If applicable)
We have a 7-day return policy for physical items (such as hardware, flash drives, or cables), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
