2. Physical Transit & Tracking (Via Courier): Your premium kit (Official Card) will be securely dispatched to your physical home address via courier/Indian Post. The Live Tracking ID for this parcel will be sent directly to your registered email and mobile number.

• Shipping Time: 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.

• Cancellation & Refund: Since this is a special customized music kit processed immediately upon your order request, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the order is processed in our system.

• In Case of Courier Return (RTO): If the courier returns to us due to your non-availability or an incorrect address, you will be given an opportunity to verify your identity and get it re-dispatched. No refunds will be issued based on courier returns.

• कूरियर रिटर्न होने पर: यदि आपके घर पर उपलब्ध न होने या गलत पते के कारण कूरियर हमारे पास वापस (Return) आता है, तो आपको अपनी पहचान वेरीफाई कराकर इसे दोबारा डिस्पैच कराने का मौका दिया जाएगा। पार्सल वापस आने के आधार पर कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
